Please allow upto 7 days for delivery of your orders, but most orders are shipped within 2-3 days

Limerick Xmas Tree Centre uses courier service's for most shipments. Most deliveries occur anywhere in Ireland from 5 to 10 days after a shipment is initiated. We shall advise the customer when their trees have been dispatched you will also receive the tracking number, Someone will need to be in to take delivery and sign for the trees.

Limerick Xmas Tree Centre will not be held responsible for any tree's that are returned to us due to no one being available to take delivery of the trees, all trees that have to be re-delivered incur a second delivery charge which is the customers responsibility.

Limerick Xmas Tree Centre will not be held responsible for any trees that go missing as we have no control over this. But we shall do our best to track down any missing deliveries.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure that your trees arrives in the best of condition, we cannot be responsible for delivery times etc. If you have any queries, please advise us in writing/email within 1 day of receiving your order. Trees can be returned at the customers expense and a refund shall be given on the cost of the trees only, minus a 10% restocking charge, we are unable to refund any delivery charges as we can not claim this back from the couriers
