Shop Policies For Online Purchased Trees
Heights given are approximate and reflect
the relative age and strength of plants. Should we have sold out of a
particular size trees we reserve the right to make near substitutions unless
requested not to do so in which case, if you have enclosed full payment with
your order, we will send you a refund after we have contacted you to discuss
the situation. While
every care is taken to ensure that your trees arrives in the best of
condition, we cannot be responsible for delivery times etc. If you have any
queries, please advise us in writing/email within 1 day of
receiving your order.
Payment
We
use PayPal to facilitate payments for all online retail payments. This allows us to accept credit cards and
debit cards. Please note, you do not need to set up a
PayPal account in order to pay using a card. At no time does Limerick
Xmas Tree Centre see your credit card details. We use a third party
service because they specialise in providing security for customers. We pay
the fees that arise from this further level of customer protection. On no
account should you e-mail us your credit card details.
Ordering Via PayPal
Simply use the order form on the Wholesale Transplants page and we
shall be in contact with the 20% deposit amount due.
We will also accept Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order, as another payment method, If
paying by these methods please contact us for details, orders will be
dispatched after payment clearance.
The only extra information we need to know to complete your order is your
Name, Postal Address and a daytime contact phone number for the couriers
Delivery
Please allow upto 7 days for delivery of your order, but most orders are shipped
within 2-3 days
Shipping
Limerick Xmas Tree Centre uses courier service for most
shipments. Most deliveries occur anywhere in Ireland from 2 to 5 days
maximum after
a shipment is initiated. We shall advise
the customer when their item has been dispatched you will also receive the
tracking number, Limerick Xmas Tree Centre will not be held
responsible for any items that go missing, as we have no control over this.
But we shall do our best to track down any missing trees.
Returns
While every care is
taken to ensure that your tree arrives in the best of condition, we cannot
be responsible for delivery times etc. If you have any complaints or
queries, please advise us in writing/email within 1 day of receiving your order.
Trees can be returned at the customers expense and a refund shall be given
on the cost of the trees minus a 10% restocking charge, we are unable to refund any delivery charges as we
can not claim this back from the couriers
All trees remain the property of Limerick Xmas Tree Centre until paid for in full.
